I applied online. I interviewed at Jones Lang LaSalle
Interview
Just behavioral questions. Based on your CV and cover letter. Some technique questions followed but quite simple.I read the annual reports in 5 years before I went to the interview. So it was quite easy for me to answer all the general questions and fit questions.
Interviewed with four people. Make sure to come with questions. They also mentioned during the busy season you could work 70-80 hours. It seemed like they were looking for absolute go-getters and someone willing to give up their work-life balance
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Jones Lang LaSalle (Washington, DC) in Oct 2021
Interview
Pretty standard behavioral screening followed by 1 technical and a brief Q&A at the end. Interviewers were two first year analysts who had done the internship and taken FT offers, both very excited to talk to me and informative throughout the process
