I applied online. I interviewed at Jones Lang LaSalle (Minneapolis, MN) in Oct 2023
Interview
Roundtable interview with one HR member and 3 professionals on the Capital Markets team. Very behavioral based however if you have technical experience they will ask a few technical questions. If you do not move on they do not let you know. I was ghosted by them which was very unprofessional.

Question 1
What is the relationship between cap rates and NOI.
Was two rounds, first was behavioral and then second was a superday with 3 meetings back to back. Superday involved more technical questions and diving deeper into resume and what really separates you as a candidate.
