I applied through Internal job posting. So it was direct interview from the employer. overall interview was ok ok and interview was all basic questions and was also asked question based on SQL & Python.

Applied online. Received an email that said “I received your resume for our Data Engineer position. I would like to have a chat with you. Could you let me know your availabilities [sic] this week and/or next week?"
In what world does a “chat" equate to an interview? The interview itself was disorganized, with questions from a manager (not HR) like “have you heard of this term?” and a basic SQL question. No response even months after the interview. Very unprofessional and unclear process.
2 technical and 1 managerial. But got out in managerial even after performing well in technical. Technical rou ds were good with medium level of dsa. It was overall a good experience.

After the first interview they didnt inform me about the result for 2 months.
Then they emailed me and asked for my availability for 2nd interview. 6 months passed the 2nd interview never happened and I got rejection email.
