I had a call with the hiring manager. They were interested all along until they got to know they have to apply for H1B visa for me. Then they said we will get back to you. With my experience they said I can be suitable for senior project manager and changed their mind later.

The interview process was professional and well-structured. It included basic questions about my experience, problem-solving skills, and how I handle workplace situations. The interviewer was polite and made the process comfortable.

Depending on the team you are interviewing for, there are a few rounds of interviews with the team members you will be working with after an initial HR call. My interview were 3 separate virtual calls and an offer was sent shortly after.
