Interview
Had an initial and then group. Easy and comfortable. You just have to be confident in a room of people, but you’ll never really have to speak like that in front of a group otherwise if you get the job.
You would first apply online through their portal. Next, HR would contact you to schedule a phone screen. The phone screen is quick, no video, about 15-30 minutes. Next steps would be 2-3 virutal convo. Lastly, you'll get invited for an in-person interview.
The process was straightforward but slow, and it was transparent. However, I didn’t hear back from the manager for over three weeks. There wasn’t a HR round; the first round was with the hiring manager.
