Interview
The interview process took around 3 months and I went through many rounds. All of the interviews were more personality based and less technical based so I don’t understand why I had to go through many different people. It was very mentally draining for an entry level position.
The second round interview was in person with three people from the team I would be working with. The questions seemed fairly standard. There was an emphasis on previous experience, my level of organization, and how my approach when dealing with difficult tenants.

Question 1
If all three of us asked you to do different tasks, how would you go about completing and prioritizing the tasks?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Jones Lang LaSalle (Boston, MA)
Interview
began with a phone screening with a recruiter. The recruiter asked me questions regarding my experience, location, salary expecting, etc. one thing that stuck with me when I told the recruiter my salary expectation that I am “certainly worth it”. Which was refreshing to hear rather than the typical “wow that’s high”. From there, I was contacted by the hiring manager to set up an in person interview. Discussion with hiring manager was great- I learned more about the role, the company, training and growth opportunities. I unfortunately did not end up getting hired for this role, however, the hiring manager knew of a role opening and referred me to the hiring manager for that role. I ended up interviewing with the new hiring manager and was hired.
