Interview
I had a pretty straight-forward phone screen, then came in for an in person interview. Everyone seemed super nice. Very interested in previous experience. It seemed fairly easy. They gave us a few scenarios that really showed our personalities. Interviewers seemed very personable.

Interview
Was recruited off of care website. Had to go all the way out to Grayson, GA. Most of the interview was them selling me on the job. Got a call with an offer after my background check and references came back clean. Took a drug test after hiring for more selective clients.

Interview
Got called for an immediately after applying online. When interviewed there was a wide range of reviews and questions to ensure you were a perfect fit to work with children. Have to be certified in CPR and first aid and take online trainings.
