Jpay Human Resources Manager interview questions

I was contacted shortly after applying but the Hiring Manager rescheduled twice and position was already filled when I followed up. The position was a part time role and the general counsel was part time as well so it was difficult to schedule. Unsure how HR manager and general counsel could both be part time roles within this organization.
