First step is with HR for introduction, followed by rounds of quantitative and assessment of coding skills. The process seemed streamlined to provide timely updates after each interview but I was ghosted after the introductory call with HR who had asked me what my available timelines would be. After two weeks, the HR reached out again to ask if my availability was still on which I replied only for total silence. I dont expect this from Jump at all based on their turn time for candidate assessments so pretty dissapointed. Overally, the HR is cool to talk to and is a respectable two way communication .
