Jump Trading Software Developer interview questions

Very unorganized. No schedule given. No end time. It was like OK let's see who else is available to interview you. Very long day with no clear process. Overall compared to other companies I interviewed it was not a good experience.

Summarized: Worst interview experience of my life Applied after being contacted by recruiter. 3-4 hour Codility test which was all correct. Then had in-person chat with team lead for position I was applying for. No technical questions, all behavioral and experience. Got REJECTED WITHOUT RESPONSE. Later asked and was rejected for trivial reason that was obvious from my CV. Why didn't you schedule this 30 minute chat before wasting 4+ hours of my life? Atrocious, entitled bunch. In my opinion it's absolutely disgusting when companies pointlessly waste hours of candidate time because they are incapable of reading CV. **AVOID AT ALL COSTS** This company doesn't deserve talent.
