1st round with Talent management team over the phone about 35-40 min general screening and eligibility checks. 2nd round Very Friendly, relaxed and comfortable. 2 Experienced Managers one being director and other experienced/techy asking technology related questions.

Team player scenarios. a presentation with a data to explain monthly tickets trend, RMAs, faults etc. Difficult situation and how did you responded. Questions about previous job managing the customer.
