Juniper Networks Senior Backend Developer interview questions

I interviewed for Appformix Team at Juniper Networks, Bangalore. First round on Hackerrank for a Design problem, Followed by 3 Technical Rounds. After clearing all rounds, had 1 Managerial round which was also again a Technical round. HR contacted and informed that all rounds have been cleared and will have salary negotiation call from HR Team. But after following up for few weeks , HR informed that Hiring is freezed.
