The process started with a pleasant, conversational call with the internal recruiter where we discussed my background, skills, the company and the role. The recruiter was very upfront about the salary being offered. After the call, I was invited to move onto the technical assessment. For the assessment I was given the option of doing a take-home challenge or live coding session. I chose the take-home challenge.
