Interview
This company is a joke, and I would believe the negative employee reviews. The first red flag was them reaching out to me nearly 3 months after I initially applied. Next, the recruiter explained that he had 5 candidates make it through the interview process who weren't the "right fit". He gave me positive feedback and said there shouldn't be an issue with moving to next steps but leadership has been known to move the goal post. Received the rejection the next day. From what I researched, I absolutely dodged a bullet, and this company sounds like a sinking ship. I'm writing this review 3 weeks out, and they reposted the role again. Finding a sales leader based in NYC with 3-5 years of experience is not that difficult. Get it together.

Interview
Strung me along through over 7 interviews. First interview was with the recruiter, then a director, then a panel interview and a presentation after. I could tell the person I interviewed with had written me off and was not interested in me although I was qualified. He was rude and condescending and I would not want to work with him. For a company that prides themselves on who they hire they did not do a great job with him. He rushed through the interview and didn’t even use up our allotted time. After making it through so many interviews and speaking with the recruiter again, I just got a typical “we went in another direction”, automated response.
