The hiring process was time consuming and lengthy. I first had a 20 minute phone interview, and was told, I would be receiving a writing assignment to complete. After a 2 week wait, I was told the next step was a 2.5 hour e-interview, as they were having a "work from anywhere week" It was basically (5) 30 minute interviews with people from the company. The interviews questions were standard, everyone was pretty nice, but the time of the interview was just too long, I was mentally exhausted after. At the end , I was told, I would be hearing back by the end of the week. I heard back 2 weeks later, they now wanted me to come into the office for in-face interview, with two more colleagues. I went to the office, I met with two more employees from the department, again standard questions, with a tour of the office. I waited a week to hear back, nothing. I then, received a job offer from another company, and asked Justworks, if they could just tell me if I was still being considered. 3 days later, I received a standard rejection letter. Overall, I think I wasted so much time on the writing assignment and on preparing for the long interviews. My excitement for working for this company diminished tremendously. I think they really want young 20 years old, if you are anywhere other than the beginning of your career, save yourself the trouble and time of applying. There is definitely, an age limit, I believe, I could be wrong, but, that is my perception.
