The interview process was about 4 interviews. First, one with HR, then one with the team leader, then a writing test, and then a team interview, with 3 people interviewing you over 2 hours. Although the interview process seemed thorough, it also seemed repetitive. It did not seem that they communicated internally about each candidate before interviewing, so I reviewed a lot of the same questions with various people. They also did not answer questions asked over email during the interview process, even though they invited those questions. Unfortunately the questions did not seem specific to the role but very generic questions, barring one. The panel interview seemed to go very well and yet I wonder if those people's opinions were actually considered at all, since they did not seem to communicate any prep about myself as a candidate pre the interview.
