I interviewed at Justworks for the System Business Analysis position. It was a 30-minute phone screening with HR. She asked me several questions related to my background, which I answered in STAR methodology to align them with job requirements. I agreed with the pay slab, relocation, and other tasks. She said she would reply to me about the next round of details by next week, and she did reply but with a rejection and no reply for feedback.
The HR kept me in delusion, and I assumed there are kind people in this world, I forgot there are HRs as well who exist.
In this market of 2024, HR's playing with applicants and treating them like garbage is the worst. It not only affects one's mental well-being but also their confidence. I don't think anybody uses their product. Everyone uses the workday.
