The most recent review before mine (as in the one posted immediately before this one) sounds like my experience - I wonder if it's the same role.
So many interviews (7 so far) - meeting lots of people from all levels, several departments across the business, leadership, panel interviews, and more. It's been over a month now since my last interview, I've been met with promises of follow ups but have heard nothing concrete.
Through the process, no one has been able to tell me the salary band, so I'm not even sure it aligns with what I'm looking for, despite asking multiple times and being told they'll get back to me.
It's been months now since I started the process, and this is by far the most disorganized and unprofessional interview process I've ever experienced. I still have no idea if they're even interested in my candidacy, or if I'm going to be invited to yet another interview round.
Not to mention that the questions asked throughout were bonkers - employees and VPs certainly think highly of themselves and that everyone should be a unicorn able to to everything at once as an expert outside of their actual role.
Very disappointing.
