The interview process consisted of the following: - Initial Phone Screen - Interview with 2 team members, Manager, and a colleague with a technical background - Final interview with the Sr. Manager and a Product Specialist - Reference checks before offer It wasn't clear that the second round would be four people. Meeting with so many people may be intimidating for some, but everyone was kind and had great energy. Just be your authentic self and come prepared with examples to explain your experience.

I met with someone who had my position laterally and my hiring manager as well as someone who was a gut check on a neighboring team. They were passionate and made me excited to join. I was all in until my interview with the VP. He kept asking me a variety of the same exact question in a different way and he came across aloof and uninformed on relatable experiences that complement the role. To date that was the most awkward interviewing experience of my life.
