Justworks Software Engineer interview questions

A recruiter reached out to me, reading a scripted laundry list of job requirements, or what the hiring manager or tech lead was looking for in this position. She barely asked me any "screening" type questions - a bit odd but I moved onto the next stage with hiring manager. It was a 45 minute call with this hiring manager - during this time, he was looking at his cell phone (and one could say I was rambling, but I highly disagree) because he looked distracted and completely preoccupied with his phone / eyes gazing left and right. Never heard from the recruiter again & she didn't answer my email regarding a clarifying some job specifics. Overall, for this role, they seem a bit disorganized, overwhelmed and disjointed. Didn't seem entirely sure of who or what they were looking for. At the end of the interview (regardless of the ghosting or not), I was not too enthusiastic about this position and had it already written off. Long story short, be aware of the ghosting and seemingly distracted interviewees. Interview at your discretion.

The usual, hr -> lc -> manager talk -> coding question build something -> sys design and each was about an hour long. the interview has 2 people besides the manager talk hr and first lc problem. Would not rec. Pay sucks and interviews well at least one was kinda slow.
