the hiring process was very quick and efficient I had to go to the croydon store for a recruitment day where they were several other people applying for the job where you then had to do a group task, an individual one to one interview and then get find out in the same evening if you have been successful.
Very chilled, lasted about 15 mins. Felt like he repeated questions a lot which made me stress abit on how to change up my answers. Unfortunately didn’t get the job

"The interview process was professional and well-organized. It started with a friendly face-to-face session where the Store Manager assessed my communication skills and personality. We discussed situational scenarios, such as how to handle long queues and maintaining high hygiene standards under pressure. I also had a short floor walkthrough to observe the kitchen and counter operations. The process focused heavily on my ability to provide excellent 'Customer Mania' service and my flexibility with shift scheduling."
