The interview was very casual, I basically had the job before I walked in. The manager asked no interview question other than when I was available to work and was fairly transparent about the job. The whole process went for less than 30 minutes.
Very chilled, lasted about 15 mins. Felt like he repeated questions a lot which made me stress abit on how to change up my answers. Unfortunately didn’t get the job

"The interview process was professional and well-organized. It started with a friendly face-to-face session where the Store Manager assessed my communication skills and personality. We discussed situational scenarios, such as how to handle long queues and maintaining high hygiene standards under pressure. I also had a short floor walkthrough to observe the kitchen and counter operations. The process focused heavily on my ability to provide excellent 'Customer Mania' service and my flexibility with shift scheduling."
