I applied for the position via LinkedIn, and one of the talent team reached out to me soon after. I had a four stage interview process which is pretty standard for the position, based upon my previous experience and other roles applied for. The talent team were warm and helpful, happy to chat me through whatever I needed, and took time and real care to ensure I had everything I needed for each stage. As I progressed, I met with my manager and relevant lead team members, all of whom were really transparent about the business and nature of the role. I was delighted to be offered the role, and from start to finish the process was around 3 weeks. What I found to be most valuable in the process was the ongoing feedback I received at all touchpoints, which set me up for success for the following stage.
