Interview
It was a very simple process. I spoke with the Manager for about 30 minutes. There was a lot of focus on personability and team work. As well as many scenario-based questions. They also told me a lot about the company culture and the work expected of the team member role.

Question 1
Can you tell me about a time that you had a conflict at work and how you resolved it?
Group interview very easy lasted around 30 minutes, talk at least once and look happy. Mini assessment at the end of interview talking about how to prep chicken health safety stuff very easy.
Pretty seamless. I sat down with the manager, they asked for my availability (days and hours) and to fill out a questionnaire and I was hired. They didn't really look at my resume in person.

One interview with 2 people was asked basic questions like availability, past experience, etc. Asked about skills that would be useful in KFC. If in School they ask about when you will go back aswell. Overall Easy process.
