Interviewed multiple people at once at another KFC storefront. Multiple managers doing individual interviews at stalls where you would describe your work history and education. After that, you would leave the KFC and the next person would be interviewed.
Online face to face interview. They send you a day and time for it on Microsoft teams and then you need to join the meeting at that time. No cognitive assessments.
Discussion with Store Leader about my abilities and a lot of personaility related questions. Whether the working type would suit me and work around my other commitments. How I would create a good customer experience.

Easy and quick, response was very fast. Got a call back within a couple of days. Easy questions too without hospitality experience. Received information on what to do everyday, serving customers and helping staff.
