The interview process was rigorous. After my initial call with Kind’s Talent Acquisition Specialist, I met with four team members over 2 hours at their NY office. After hearing great feedback from the team, they ultimately didn’t hire me because I didn’t have enough experience. However, I did have the experience listed on the job posting and was under the impression from the Talent Acquisition team that I was qualified before receiving a phone call letting me know I didn’t get the job.
