The interview process consisted of three stages:
Initial Screening:
The process began with a recruiter phone screen. The recruiter was professional and friendly, asking about my background, experience, and motivation for applying to KIND. They provided a great overview of the role and company culture, emphasizing KIND’s values and mission.
Technical Interview:
This round involved a mix of technical and behavioral questions with a senior member of the finance team. Questions covered basic accounting principles, financial modeling, and problem-solving scenarios relevant to KIND's operations. I was also asked to share examples of how I’ve provided actionable financial insights in past roles.
Final Round:
The last stage included a case study presentation and a panel interview. The case study was straightforward but required a good understanding of financial analysis and strategic thinking. The panel was friendly and supportive, and they gave me constructive feedback on my case presentation.
