Noy very impressed with hiring and interview proces. HR did not even ask my salary expectations and I was told that from the interviewer that company oays very well. Gor the offer but for the salary they offered 25% less than what I am making today even though the ask was to move to a place with higher cost of living than my current place. Then the dorecot had a chat and mentioned about the possibility of increasing the offer and on the end it turned out that he mentioned a lot more than he was supposed to. HR did not even want to talk about it. It turned out to be a big joke. They took 5 round of interviews for nothing. From the hiring process perspective, I would recommend to set your expectations upfront otherwise you will end up wasting your time.
