It took time before they invited to interview (about 3 months). However after interview with hiring manager (took about 1 hour) I found out that, despite of original requirements, their actual requirements a bit weird as they were looking for specialist in all SAP areas, including reporting. If you're SAP specialist, you know that such person doesn't exists. Anyway, never mentioned that I had to carefully explain to hiring manager my past projects and responsibilities, with examples and work situations.
After couple of weeks I was invited to 2nd, personal interview. That one was rather very easy and general discussion about company.
After 2nd interview manager confirmed they contact me in 15 days to give the answer.
However, they contacted me only after 3 (three) months to give negative answer, with the resolution that I don't have necessary technical skills. Still surprised why I've been asked to even come to 2nd round interview.
Quite weird hiring process, which takes extremely long time, as well as job requirement composed by someone who probably not familiar with the area.
