They did screening process through emails asking all the work and experience I have, after waiting a week or so, send me an official interview e-mail.
Took interview, it went well, but personally I was not impressed by the office and the interviees .

Tell me about yourself, why do you want to Join Kone, what sort of previous work have you done and where do you see yourself after 5 years in Kone, also asked about tendering process and how do you handle priority work.

they email me first, and then did screening interview through some questions, and information was collated to HR and then i was selected for the final interview, finally interview was easy but i didn't like the company office and culture, seem bore and not that enthusiasm
