Interview
Most unprofessional hiring process I have ever experienced. Interviewed at the new facility in Allen, TX. Manager was 10 min late, answered his cell twice, was a 1 on 1 interview in his office until another lady showed up about 80% of the way through the interview. She proceeded to ask the same questions I had just spent an hour answering. Both were unprepared and struggled to put together thoughtful questions. Knew I would not advance from the start, they seemed to have no interest in hiring me. Overall morale seemed very low, shame because the new facility was beautiful.
