I applied through other source. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at KPFF (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2012
Interview
I went through 2 interviews. First was with 3 people (not at the same time), and the second was the same. During the first I had to take a 30 minute exam. Having been out of school I thought it would be hard. It was very straight-forward and relatively easy to figure out with time to spare.
One person in the second interview came in with plans and had me answer very difficult technical questions I was not prepared for. The idea was to see how I handle pressure and if I could figure it out given what was in front of me (you should be able to). He did guide me through the process somewhat.

Question 1
Probably the first question was the hardest in that you had to look at the following 2-4 pages of charts and graphs to answer the question.
first round interview was with a recruiter who you could tell was just there to write down answers. No conversation just question and then silence as they wrote. Felt awkward and forced.

The first interview was with two HR representatives who provided an overview of the company and the position and asked to hear about my background and experience. The second interview was with two engineers, one junior and one senior, who asked more in-depth questions about my qualifications and what I wanted to do in my career.
