1. Talent Partner call - Basic admin questions
2. Official KPMG team introduction call - Felt like a conversation. Went smoothly.
3. Technical round - Grilled me on Gen AI. But went smoothly. Interviewers were very supportive
4. Technical Task + Behavioural - I was given task to create a model using RAG, vector databases etc. Interviewers were impressed with my work. Couldn't perform well in behavioural questions.
Got a call from talent partner a few days later. Rejected me with a well structured feedback. Interview process was a bit slow, but loved everything else about the whole interview process.
