I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at KPMG (Manchester, England) in Sep 2017
Interview
-Online application form
-Online tests
-Video interview
-Assessment centre
Reasonably straightforward application process, I would mention that the online numerical tests are more difficult in comparison to the other online tests for the top 6 accounting firms. I would recommend practicing these tests beforehand.
I went to the assessment centre which was the last stage in the graduate audit scheme. We first had an assessed group exercise (involving 4 people including yourself). We were given a topic and had to recommend which path KPMG should go down and then a partner interview which lasts around 30/40 mins
Submit an initial application then complete a monitored (video and audio) online assessment (Situational Judgement Test, logical, numerical) and strengths based video recorded interview. Final stage is an assessment centre in person.
