I interviewed with KPMG about one year ago.
After applying, I received an email saying I was selected for an interview. The first round was two 45 minute interviews back to back, first a case, and then a behavioral.
I then received an invitation for a final round which consisted of two thirty minute interviews, one being a take-home case presentation, and the other a partner chat.
The case they gave us had a mistake in it which multiple people pointed out to the HR team, which then sent out an email telling us they had made an error. During the presentation, I was asked questions that I had already answered. It somewhat seemed like they weren't paying attention.
Throughout the interview process, everyone was very kind and responsive.
After I was rejected, two members of the HR team told me I could reach out for feedback. I sent both of them multiple emails in the following weeks and was ghosted.
If you don't get a position your first time interviewing, KPMG wants nothing to do with you.
