Interview
My process took about 2 weeks for the complete process and was one of the best interviews I been to. The initial technical interview was a way to see how you code, the 2nd technical interview was a mock of how you'd actually perform (they give you a computer and a task and tell you to use any resources available), and the last interview is a personal one with questions you wouldn't guess.

Here's a simple automation task, setup a project and create an automation script to run
I had a brief phone screen with a recruiter. I was asked a few perfunctory questions about my previous experience with selenium. They do not seem to care at all if you have strong programming experience with different languages and automation tools than the ones they are using.
