I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kabbage (North Goa) in Dec 2018
Interview
Kabbage India Pvt. Ltd. had come to our campus for internship recruitment. The process included an online test taken by the entire class. Top 20 students from this were called for a technical interview. Out of this, 6 were selected for People Operations interview which shortlisted 5 people. This was followed by a telephonic interview which finally selected 4 people.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kabbage (Atlanta, GA) in Aug 2018
Interview
The entire process took about a month or so - two phone interviews and in-person interview.
The phone interviews were with HR representatives for about 30minutes, questions about the company and the position and my background. Gave a brief overview of Kabbage and went through resume together. They were both really nice.
The final in-person interview was first with three senior managers/VP level , going through my resume and asking about my previous experience relevant to the position. One of them called in for the interview. They were courteous and respectful and were generally interested in my candidacy and I could feel them measuring me up immediately in a fair manner, but felt like one of them came in to the interview with their mind made up against my application. Then met another senior staff alone, talked again experience and then did a case-study. Given thirty minutes to prepare. Walked him through my response and thoughts, after which he took a picture of my notes. The in-person interview lasted around 2-2.5 hours in total.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kabbage (Ann Arbor, MI) in Mar 2018
Interview
I sent in an application and, after some brief electronic communications, I had 2 phone interviews. The first was with the recruiter and the second with the team manager that I would be working for.
