Interview
Two phone screen, first with HR/recruiter, second with manager, followed by three face-to-face interviews. The first interview was with a panel of managers,the second was with the clinical team, and the third was with higher level administration. Each interview was 1-2 weeks apart. I received a "soft" offer a few days after the 3rd interview, with a formal offer the next week. Everyone was very nice and the whole process was very positive and professional.

Why Kaiser? What do you know about Kaiser Mental Health? Standard behavioral questions, e.g. "tell us about a time when you had to manage conflict." Followed by a clinical vignette.
Group interview involving a panel of two and four other candidates. Questions range from behavioral such as the STAR method. Be
prepared to speak about the experience on your
resume have it readily available to quickly recall dates and
tasks Focus on describing your recent work history Do not
go back further than 7 years unless asked about skills or
experience related to that scope.

The interview was a smooth process. The panel of interviewers were very professional, informative & not intimidating in any way in conducting the interview. Most questions were patient scenarios; be ready to give examples of your experiences in patient care.

Average interview process, it was a three interview step process. One phone screening was with a recruiter, the second interview was a phone interview with the manager, and the third video call with upper management.
