good, not that difficult of an interview, it was average behavioral interview questions. their on boarding process however takes quite a while. Kaiser is competitive and they tend to hire only within the union
There was 3 rounds of interviews. The managers were engaging throughout the interview which spoke a lot to how much they care to find a good fit for their company culture.
Had an initial interview. It was quick and easy. Then there was a virtual one. Asked questions about my past work experience and my strengths and weaknesses. Also brought up different scenarios.

Was a great interview. Everyone was very nice. They took their time to ask appropriate questions and were able to answer all of my questions. Everything went as expected. They were very transparent about pay details as well.
