I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente in Jan 2019
Interview
HR was overall fast in responding and looking over your resume, but the process does have many steps. I had to fill out a background screenshot which is basically a pre-screening. I passed it and then 5 days later I was scheduled to have a 30 minute phone interview with the director. A few days later I had an in person interview which consisted of the director, CFO, and a team (3) of analysts who asked mainly behavioral questions (lasted 1 hour), afterwards I had an Excel test and I had to present my work in the Excel test to them (approximately 2 hours long). Three months later I was notified the position was canceled.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (San Francisco, CA) in Jun 2015
Interview
Went in to the office twice, met the team. It was mostly laidback for the first interview, and formal for the second. The questions the team asked were not very technical, just behavioral and really emphasizing what Kaiser has to offer and if this role still seemed like a good fit to me.
