I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente in May 2022
Interview
The recruiting/hiring process was very disorganized from the start. Poor communication, long wait times. I was tested/interviewed and advised I was narrowed down to meet the team. I loved the manager, but the hiring process was problematic. It took over a month for them to say they offered the job to another candidate only after I reached out in an attempt to get a response. I am glad I received another offer elsewhere right in the nick of time - guess the cards were in the air for me. I would never apply to Kaiser again. I always say, the way HR handles matters shows the inner culture of a company. You always want to feel a company is efficient and truly cares about their employees and their standards.

Interview
After applying, it took about 2 months to receive a call from a recruiter to answer pre-screening questions, almost 3 weeks to receive a phone interview with the recruiter, then another 3 weeks to receive an in-person interview, then heard back in a week.
