Recruiter contacted me for an interview and we had a phone interview. Then we had an in-person interview with the manager. After that, we had another in-person interview with two senior managers. Finally, I had a phone interview with the VP but it was more like welcoming me to join their team.

And most of the time, i was hearing the manager bragging about the importance of internal control compliance and blah blah blah...

The interview was standard with introduction of the department and what the job entails. Then straight into asking generic interview questions. They were primarily looking if you are able to learn and adept.

Interview
Recruiter outreach. Pre-qualifying with recruiter/resume, which was passed to hiring manager/team for review. Team selects candidates for interview. Phone interview with team manager. Candidate is brought to location to interview manager (and possible team members). Process typically takes 60-90 days for total onboarding.

Describe the best tools and methods you have used for sharing and updating rapidly changing data at a departmental level.
It was just a Phone interview. There were around 200 people hired within a span of few months and we all got mixed requirements which did not necessarily matched our passed experience, which was in a way good that new things were learnt but also bad because there was a lag time to come up to speed without prior experience on that project.
