Recruiter called and scheduled an interview. Interviewed with the director and charge nurse. Offer made at the end of the interview. Recruiter called with offer letter emailed. HR called for background check.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Harbor City, CA) in Jun 2017
Interview
Applied for night shift position. Recruiter called suggesting a different night shift position and to apply. Recruiter sent a prescreen questionnaire. Received phone call a few days later to interview with unit manager. Interview was only with unit director and manager. Took about 15 minutes. They were both welcoming and easy to talk to. Received call next day that I was offered the position. Overall experience was easy just nerve wrecking that it's with Kaiser.
I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter a few weeks later. It took about 3 weeks for the ER director to call me for an interview. During the interview he asked me typical q's "Why do you want to work here? What have you heard about the company? Describe a time when you provided excellant customer service. Describe a time when you got into a conflict with a fellow co-worker."
