Met the recruiter at a resume review on campus. She kept in touch with me and made me interview with multiple managers within different tracks of the program. The whole process took 3 months, I didn't find out about my offer until the end of May and the process started in March. The first interview is a phone interview with the recruiter and it's difficult because the questions are scenario based. The 1 on 1's were mainly about yourself and your work experience. They really want to see if you're a good fit for the company (personality wise and performance wise).
