You apply online through the Kaiser website. You receive a phone call that sets up an interview. At the interview, you will have a conversation with 3-5 Kaiser employees of various positions. After that, you wait for a call with an offer.

Multiple panel interview. Question consist of behavioral responses, interviewees responds with different scenarios. This is often an in person interview at the location where you will be hired or can also take place virtually.

I applied during covid. I was called back within a month maybe even less if I remember correctly. Did a phone interview asking about experience, why I picked kaiser, etc.

Extremely extensive, they go back into your work history from 8-10 years ago. They will ask for W2s from each job you held that match up with your resume & HS transcripts with diploma, make sure you have all of that ready. Extensive background check as well
