I applied online. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Santa Clara, CA) in Oct 2023
Interview
Interview process was pretty straightforward. I applied online September 27. Had a phone interview/ pre screening with hiring manager October 20 and a zoom interview with hiring manager October 27 and offer from HR November 1. Hiring manager was very transparent and did a good job of being professional yet conversational and easygoing. He helped me feel at ease about the whole process and great communication with me if I had any questions about the process or Kaiser. It’s incredibly hard to get an interview, you need to be one of the first applicants to a position. It Also helps to know someone already in Kaiser to let hiring manager know you exist otherwise they may never even know you applied.

It went well. The interview could have gone better. I'll take it as a learning curve for next time. Hopefully, there will be more opportunities for me in the near future.

Interview
The interview process took some time but it was very pleasant. There were multiple interviewers but the amount of questions were never overwhelming. The type of questions asked ranged from personal, situational, and professional.
