I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (San Diego, CA) in Mar 2024
Interview
It was a video on demand screening interview in which I had 2 minutes to hit record for my answer and a maximum of 2 attempts to answer. It was pretty stressful to have the time limits and attempt limits.

The interviewing team was very collaborative and welcoming. I was offered a great benefit and pay package. Ultimately declined the offer due to location (it would have been a long commute) but seemed like a great opportunity.
