What's even more appalling is the complete lack of communication and transparency throughout this process. The notice of the candidate's award was dropped on us at the last minute, a mere day before the scheduled presentation itself. This unprofessional behavior left me and other potential candidates feeling disregarded and disrespected. In conclusion, my experience with Kantar was a frustrating and disheartening one.
