HR response was late, but overall interview went fine. Started with a video virtual interview, and if selected you will be selected to join a case study assessment centre, ending with an direct 1 on 1 interview at the end.

Online tests and then assessment day. The assessment day was split into two halves. First half was a group exercise around supermarkets and their demographics and presenting a pre-prepared presentation using data they sent a month before the assessment day. Second half was interviews. Those who didn't make it through the first half were sent home at lunch. Seemed to be a lot of people from minority backgrounds sent home at lunch.
