Written test and interview. The process was quick and smooth and the result was announced in three days. The recruiter was very prompt unlike a lot of others that I had earlier interacted with.

A writing test which was pretty basic and a video interview which was slightly difficult but a good experience.
Amazing experience, they asked me to share my views on sports and how do I analyse my likes and dislikes. This was followed with a psychometric test and aptitude. The difficulty of test was medium.

The interview was long but welcoming on the part of interviewers. General knowledge about various domains was particularly important. Technical questions about basic research terminologies were asked. Having proficiency in office tools and SPSS can help.
